Owners get a workspace for every property they run — floors, rooms, beds and 1-to-9 sharing, with live occupancy and vacancy. Monthly dues generate themselves, payments are recorded as cash, UPI or bank, and every payment produces a PDF receipt. Residents get their own app, so the same three questions stop arriving on WhatsApp at 11pm.

Hostel Mitra costs ₹20 per occupied tenant per month after a 2-month trial. Billing counts occupied tenants, not total beds, so empty beds cost nothing. A 50-bed hostel running at 40 occupied tenants pays ₹800 a month. There are no feature tiers — every feature is included at that rate.
Because billing follows occupancy, your cost falls in a slow month and rises in a full one.
